DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
Minimum purchase value of $300 (before tax) for free delivery within Singapore (including Jurong Island).
A delivery charge of $30 (subject to tax) is applicable for purchase below $300. (per invoice per location only)
International orders (shipped outside Singapore) normally require 5-20 days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check with our customer service for delivery status.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
*Please Note* – If you are not able to select your country in the shipping field at checkout, this means that we unfortunately do not offer shipping to that country via our eCommerce Website. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Nonetheless, we are working to include as many countries as possible, if you are keen on finding out more on the product and sales within this interim period, please contact our customer service for assistance.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping to destinations outside the Country of Origin (please refer to respective products page) might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses:
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping charges vary by the products ordered and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
You may return the new and unopened items purchased from Urban-3 Office Solutions within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to below Section 1 for further details regarding the terms and conditions governing returned items. The item should be in original packaging and new condition. If the return is due to our error, the shipping will also be refunded. To return the item, please write to us and we will guide you through the process.
- Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return transportation fee which will be deducted from the refund.
- Each returned item is subject to a 20% restocking fee that is not due to any error on our part including but not limited to:
- defective part(s), item(s), accessories or supplementary item(s) claimed to be in the package,
- missing item(s) or accessories claimed to be in the package,
- erroneous item(s) shipped
- Please note that we review each package individually and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee contingent upon the condition of the returned item(s).
- You may receive your refund sooner than the mentioned dates depending on the nature of the product.
2. Non-Refundable Item
- Items received after 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged item or missing part which is not due to our error.
- Items which are not in original condition or packaging.
- Product with missing serial number.
- Items purchased from other sellers than Urban-3 Office Solutions
3. Receiving a Refund
For the items directed to our warehouse, expect a refund within 2 weeks of return.
